Publication Policy

We, at KnowLaw, encourage submissions to be original and advanced in their approach. We believe moral concerns are of preponderating importance and that they should take the highest stand. Submissions in this regard should solely be the author/s original work and should not have been published elsewhere or under consideration elsewhere.

General Guidelines

  • The content of the submission should be original and unpublished and not be under consideration elsewhere.
  • Authors should refrain from submitting their manuscripts elsewhere while it is under consideration at KnowLaw.
  • The submission must at least be 1500 words, and in the case of KnowLaw Journal, the minimum word limit must comply with the issue’s guidelines.
  • Plagiarism should strictly be limited to 20%.
  • Authors are strongly advised to check for grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors in their submissions.
  • Authors are advised to divide the content of their submissions with proper headings and sub-headings.
  • If the content of your submission contains any data, use quotation marks, and also cite the source.
  • The main conclusion of the submissions may be presented in a short Conclusion section.

Copyright Policy

All submissions made to us at KnowLaw shall be subject to the copy of KnowLaw and it should not be submitted to other places. In case, anyone is found indulging in such practices, the liability shall be borne by the writer himself.

Open Access Articles

All content published in KnowLaw is fully Open Access and licensed under Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike; immediately freely available to read, download and share. Contents are published under the terms of either the Creative Commons Attribution License (BY-NC-SA), Copyright in all content published by KnowLaw is retained by KnowLaw. Authors assign the Copyrights to KnowLaw and grant the license to identify itself as the original publisher.

KnowLaw permits third-party reuse of the articles as long as you give us appropriate credit, not use the material for any commercial purposes, or if you remix, transform, or build upon the material, you must distribute your contribution as per the same conditions.
