Workspace Policy


The purpose of this workspace policy is to outline a set of guidelines and standards for creating a safe, knowledgeable, and productive work environment for members working at KnowLaw. The policy outlines the responsibilities of every employee to make sure the workplace is a good setting for education, collaboration, and personal growth.

The policy ought to include both physical and virtual workplace components.   • No unauthorized use or access to organization tools, resources, programs, information, or systems.


A productive workplace setting requires effective communication. Members must interact with their coworkers, seniors, and clients clearly, courteously, and promptly. This includes promptly answering emails and text messages, showing up for scheduled meetings, and giving regular updates on work progress.


All members must keep all sensitive organization and client information confidential. This entails not disclosing any private information to unauthorized parties, safeguarding individual privacy and intellectual property, and upholding the security of all customer and organization data.


Any violation of this policy may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of association with us at KnowLaw. The organization reserves the right to look into any suspected infractions of this policy and to take appropriate action if required.
